When do wine recurring shipments get sent out?
All wine recurring shipments get sent out during the first week of each month. Customers who purchase a wine recurring subscription on or prior to the 1st day of the month will be included in the subsequent month's club shipment. Customers who purchase a wine club subscription after the 1st day of the month will be included in the following month's club shipment as the cut-off date for each club shipment is the 1st day of the month.
Does someone need to be home to sign for my or my gift recipient's wine shipments?
Yes! The delivery carrier will require a signature from an adult 21 years of age or older in order to make the delivery. If you or your gift recipient are not able to be home to sign for your wine shipments, we strongly suggest having your wine shipments sent to an office or business address where an adult 21 years of age or older is available to sign. The delivery carrier will make 3 attempts to deliver the shipment and will then return the shipment to us. If you would like your shipment to be reshipped to you or your gift recipient, you will be charged a return shipment fee. Please inquire directly for fee details.
How does wine recurring billing work?
Billing for monthly, bimonthly, trimonthly, and quarterly wine subscriptions takes place at the time of purchase for the first month and then on the 1st day of each subsequent month for the duration of the subscription.
Can I order additional bottles of a wine I received in one of my wine recurring shipments?
Yes! You can order additional bottles of any current or past wine featured in our wine club shipments directly in our Wine Shop.
Can I change my wine type from during the course of my subscription?
Yes! You can change your wine subscription type anytime by logging into your account or contacting us for assistance at email@example.com or at 512-572-7000.
