SHORT NOTE

Ripe round tropical fruit with elegant floral notes.

LONG NOTE

Texas Elevation is made in a style of an off dry Riesling. It has a touch of sugar, but not enough to make it sweet, but gives it body that makes the fruit jump out and makes it easy to balance flavors in hard to pair foods, like spicy Asian cuisine or richer dishes.
